What has happened to this place. Spend some money on it. Buy a new sound system thats not very noisey in one part of the pub and quiet in another. Why is it so dead in threre on a friday night? All the different bars that have previously been here have been busy all weekend (Scotts, Slug and O'Neils). Maybe it's time for a change. On a positive drinks are a reasonable price and foods ok. Unfortunatly it is no longer a comfortable place to drink. stub - 31 Oct 2010 09:23 |
I thought this was OK. It's an odd place, with its Irish name but American-themed inside decor, and has a bit of a "rough round the edges" feel to it. No sign of any real ale, but I had lunch here - a hot dog and chips - which was really very nice. I'd definitely come back here again for the food. grecian - 1 Jul 2010 13:52 |
More of a restaurant / cocktail bar than a pub. Very little real ale. Good lager selection. The kitchen serves some very excellent food. seasiderMM - 29 Jan 2010 19:04 |
Not a place to visit for real ale, but I got some fantastic German lagers that you don't usual find in UK pubs when I visited. RedHarvest - 18 Dec 2009 11:51 |
