| Have visited the pub frequently over last 7 years. There have been a number of managers in that time. Last visited early July 2010. Entrance corridor had a bit of an unpleasant smell and lighting very dull. Only one other customer and it took a few minutes to find someone to serve us. Eventually served by a friendly bar person but the range of drinks was limited and the glasses were not the cleanest. We ordered take away fish and chips that turned out to be exceptional and highly recommended. Pity that the overall image of Tafarn y Rhyd is not what it used to be. SJdrinker - 31 Jul 2010 13:13 |
