| Marston's pub overlooking the Menai Strait. Many people were outside enjoying the last of the evening's light. I sat inside, which gradually got busier as the outside temperature dropped. For a Marston's pub I was impressed with the ale range - Brains SA, Exeter Brewing Company 'fraid Not, Black Sheep Monty Python's Flying Circus & Purity Mad Goose. | Visited August Bank Holiday 2011. Pub is in a great position with impressive views over the Menai Strait to Anglesey - especially at sunset. Tables outside for food and drink. Juke box, pool table and three decent ales available - plus the gassy stuff fot those that want it! Friendly and efficient staff.
