| Great service behind the bar, ok meal not the best at all, security totally rude and on a power trip thrown my cousin out because they said she was drunk when in fact she has very bad nerve damage in her feet so finds it hard to walk as feels like she's walking on stones and she had not drunk all night but as we tried to explain they didn't care. | Went last night for family meal..had booked a table..although the manager didnt see the booking, and told me we didnt have a table booked, we did, and it was in the book when he checked, he was very rude, and made me feel like he was doing me a favour by letting us eat there, my husband heard him shouting at a member of staff infront of everyone, which isnt very professional. some of the food was very nice (the steak was like rubber but chicken was excellent), but id say the owner isnt very nice atall, feel a bit sorry for the staff!!! colette199 - 8 Dec 2008 16:16 |
