Bottles and Shots a speciality. Serving in only plastic glasses due to trouble frequented by students and young people really. Beer_and_Cheer - 17 Feb 2009 14:13 |
Came here in the early nineties and thought it was a cracking good place, a nice antidote to poncier venues and very friendly, if in a laddish kind of way. A return visit recently revealed walls festooned with day-glo alcopops and 2 for 1 deals on fruit and nut flavoured vodka etc. Lowest common denominator stuff. BoehmBawerk - 29 Dec 2008 18:53 |
Way to busy with massive ques to get in, far over rated for what it is. MrIceMan - 4 May 2008 18:27 |
Can get far too busy at the bar some nights, but if you're looking for a few decent shots its not bad to go for an hour or so. Plus the wallpaper apparently cost thousands tonygreen07 - 27 May 2007 15:25 |
Laid back, mellow, cheap, good music and the best roof-top beer garden in Liverpool - great place this, but not as good as it used to be (is anything these days?) Scousefire - 18 Oct 2006 22:27 |
