| The Horse and Groom in Castleside is a friendly 'local' pub. Wet sales only, no food service, just a proper little village hostelry. Hosts Linda and Malcolm Gettings are always pleased to see a new face. Karaoke night every Saturday with state of the art Media system. Deal or no Deal draw every Sunday at 7pm, win cash. Weekly darts and pool tournaments, and regular banter from the locals. Regular fancy dress nights, themed evenings and events like St Patricks Day etc. always celebrated in style.
