Somewhat of a locals pub, ie if you aint a local you wont fit in. Poor selection of ciders. Good variety of food. Staff very warm but the locals leave a lot to be desired. valtojos - 16 Sep 2008 05:20 |
this pub may be quiet at times as is is set in a lovely village but is not a special need place at all and the person who wrote that must like that themsleves to know, but i was in the barny as the locals call it on xmas eve 2006 and i had a great time is weas packed full of friendly faces, people dancing, singing chatting to one another, it was great and anyone who is local can confirm it can be a great night out and i was there jul' 07 angain another good night out. Just coz a "billy no mates" had a bad time dont let it put you off a fairly decent pub... emma1982 - 10 Feb 2008 18:08 |
Possibly the poorest rural pub in England! Bad beer and even worse company. It is like drinking a pint in a special needs centre. Truely dreadful, best avoided even to the point of going without a beer on Boxing day. Blackmirror - 2 Aug 2007 01:04 |
