If you like beer, do not go here! Went in on early Friday night and yet again the Real Ale has run out! This is now the 3rd visit in the last few months on a Friday night where each time there is no Real Ale. The Bar staff said the beer was not delivered until Thursday and there in not enough time to serve it. Firstly, other pubs manage it and secondly, if Friday and Saturday nights are your busiest time SORT IT OUT or lose your custom. Beer_Spotter - 26 Nov 2011 17:12 |
Worst pub ever! TedBundy89 - 16 Jun 2009 16:22 |
This is a nice little place! The food's good although occasionally a bit slow (a pain if you're on a lunch break) and the staff are nice, they went through a ropey patch but they seem to have a good bunch on board now. Yes it's a bit "trendy wine bar" but the wine is good and the loos are nice, and the quiz is good too. Plus they have no-smoking bits/days etc. gemam999 - 13 Sep 2006 13:38 |

Have to agree with 'trapdoor' on this one. It's more of a restauranty/quiet evening meal/first date type place in the day time and in the evening is swarmed full of chavs that make it an uneasy atmosphere. Markus - 2 May 2006 15:56 |
