Went to this pub in October with my wife and found out it was under new management .The main meal was poor to say the least but the poorest part was to come with the "sweet" I ordered Spotted dick which was about 3/8" thick with watery custard my wife had the Blood Orange bread pudding which was almost raw and which both cost 5.50 which is very excessive for a pub meal . Don't go there .

Went a couple of years ago and wasn't very impressed to be honest but they have been on the radio recently and I'd heard from friends that it is under new management so i thought I'd give it another try and what a transformation from last time, went with the family for Sunday lunch not expecting a lot for 5.95 but i was really impressed, the food was stunning the staff really friendly and there was a real nice atmosphere in the bar so much so I've booked again for next Sunday. Top marks 10/10 well worth a visit.

Rather a peculiar little place. A bouncy castle in the garden yet staff extremely unpleasant and aggressive to parents entering bar briefly with children to order drinks. Beer fair.
