...and the assistant manager can't pour a pint to save his life. Ivan_Dobski - 23 Jun 2013 21:30 |
Scouse landlady prefers collecting glasses to serving customers. Ivan_Dobski - 6 May 2013 17:36 |
The partial revamp which created separate dining and drinking areas is an unmitigated disaster. Dining section rarely even a quarter full, while anyone just wanting a pint is squashed up into the other half of the pub. Noticeable drop off in custom the times I've been there. Place was perfectly fine before. Ember Inns must want their heads examining. Ivan_Dobski - 11 Jul 2011 20:49 |
Ember Inns pub with one of their typically featureless modern interiors. The real ale selction was good - Caledonian Flying Dutchman, White Horse Village Idiot, Batemans Original Victory Ale & Purity Ubu. The John Smiths Cask was off. Aspalls was the cider. There is plenty of seating and we were served fairly quickly. blue_scrumpy - 21 May 2011 22:06 |
A group of us visit the Bramley every Wednesday for the quiz and have a great night. The question master is a really nice guy and very articulate. The one thing we are disappointed about is the fact there are never enough bar staff and at times have waited 15 mins to get served. Please put on more staff it a shame that this spoils a good pub anonymous - 23 Jun 2007 23:02 |
