| The main bar area is set mainly for dining. Very busy at time of visit so did not eat. Food choice looked good. 3 real ales at the bar, although not my ideal choice. | Lunched here on a hot and sunny Friday late September. Very busy, but the staff were coping well. Had a baked potato which was fine and the other fare available looked OK. | Food generally good and good menu. Tiny bar with locals welded to the four stools, much better now the smoking ban is in force. It is best to book in advance as only a few tables.Take your camera and set with a fast shutter speed, you may get a picture of the landlord smiling!
