Went here on Saturday, early eve. The barman saw us both reading books and sat down to nudge us into a more lively mood. Amusing, if misplaced. Berated me for asking about decent chippies, saying that my gf deserves better! Nice atmosphere, average beer. beaucoup_fish - 21 Nov 2006 14:12 |

The International Bar, or "The IB" to those in the know. On an ordinary day there's tumbleweed blowing through this bar, a one man and his dog type place. However, if you are a Celtic fan, this is a great place to watch the games. The bar is usually bursting to the seams, with a cracking atmosphere, on match days. The only downside is the quality of the pints - you would be better off drinking a pint of sewage - so stick to bottles. anonymous - 4 Jun 2005 13:05 |
