| Eye wateringley expensive had one pint and felt i had been mugged �3,60 for a pint of mediocre Stella served in a cider glass, I get a cracking pint of Stella in proper glass for �2.50 at my local.Most of the bars in York are having a laugh at the prices they charge and will be the first to whinge when the punters leave. We stopped up the road at the campsite and a lot of the folks there said they did not bother going into York for a drink as it was to expensive. geordie01 - 2 Sep 2012 23:50 |

| The whole building was moved a couple of hundred yards - lock, stock and (er) barrel in the 1960s. Interestingly, Buckingham's ghost moved with it!
