Nice pub, geared up for serving food mostly. Good selection of beers on tap, friendly welcome. annie2014 - 16 Feb 2014 17:53 |
I have been back several times since my earlier comment but thought I would post an update after the really cracking Irish night last Thursday. It was a full house and the atmosphere was great. I departed from my usual pints of Old Trip and the Guiness went down very well. After a really good three course meal we were entertained by an acoustic dou (father and son) "The Harvs". They played a really impressive set and I am not surprised that they are regulars at the Norwich beer festival. Well done Geoff and Nina - when's the next one? gassybrew - 16 Oct 2008 14:17 |
Great to see Nina and Geoff back at the helm. Well kept beer and excellent food in a lovely atmosphere. Worth the trip out on a cold winters night! gassybrew - 17 Dec 2007 14:07 |
Awesome pub with a great atmosphere, especially now the rightful landlord and landlady have returned, much to the delight of the whole village. This pub is a must, and the food is incredible - not your usual pub fayre at all. carricksmash - 29 May 2007 18:11 |
