| JUST BACK FROM A VISIT TO ENGLAND. HAD A FEW VISITS TO THE WHITE HART AS IT WAS CLOSE TO WHERE WE STAYED. GREAT OLD PUB, TERRI THE NEW OWNER IS A GOOD CHAP,LOL. THE OLD FLINT FACING ON THE BUILDING IS TYPICAL OF THE VILLAGE.WE ORDERED UP A SHEPHERDS PIE FOR THE NITE AFTER WE WENT TO PARIS. HE DID US WELL, IT WAS READY AND WAITING ON OUR ARRIVAL. | My wife and I visited the pub on a Tuesday evening (18.30), it was very quiet but everyone was friendly. Atmosphere was stall, but likely to be to do with the time and day. We will visit this pub again closer to the weekend to get a different perspective. lewisharvey - 10 Jun 2008 21:11 |
