| This was certainly one of the best pubs in the area when I lived in Mendham, I returned about 10 years ago being in the UK for my fathers funeral and found Fank and Sue as welcoming as ever. | Arguably the best all-round pub in the area, although not particularly welcoming. The beers are good: the usual 2 Adams plus TT Landlord and Mad Goose, and some food is available. �6.50 for a Sunday lunch looks reasonable. timkholman - 7 Jul 2010 16:56 |
