| The pub feels clinical to walk into andthere is a lack of atmosphere. The staff are polite but not friendly, illustrating the feel of the whole place. Only worth visiting if you need the exercise to wlak all the way upstairs for the toilets. _Charles - 6 Mar 2006 15:36 |

| Nice pub, like an upmarket weatherspoons in its layout and interior design. Good quiz on Sunday night. Shame it does not have an extended license on Friday and Saturday. Worth a quick drink if walking through Portswood. jamesbmoore - 12 Jun 2005 12:50 |
