| Visited here on a cold and wet Sunday lunchtime. I can imagine the canal location may be good in the summer. But it was none too inspiring at this time of the year. Greene King Abbot, Old Speckled Hen & Ruddles Best were the 3 real ales served in an environment similar to a club. The place was quite busy, with people tucking into Sunday roasts and other hearty portions of food. The canal theme continues inside with various canal memorabilia dotted around.
