| a nice wee place serving a wide variety of belgian-style beers and new world ales all heartingly served in the correct glass! some of the regulars can be a bit odd and has the feel of a continental bar rather than a pub which might put off some. possibly a bit overpriced but all in all a nice place to retire after a bad day at the office. cornish_alfredo - 15 Jul 2010 16:39 |
| Lovely food and a beer choice that's moving towards new world beers rather than its old Belgian focus. Oh and if you order the fish or chicken goujons and thing you're just getting something out of a freezer bag, be prepared for something far better! | Apart from mental people who own the bar - Sylwia - mad Polish woman who at the end of my party told my guests (who were already waiting outside for taxi) to f... off and yelled all sorts of abuse on her and her husband - Ian, Scottish guy who went home with rest of the party for more drinks and got so hammered he kicked and punched my fiend to the point that she was all swollen and badly bruised and then moved on to me - the place is ok!!!
