Visited this pub twice for lunch in August as it was very close to my B&B. Quiet, which was fine with me, with a low-key but welcoming atmosphere. Excellent pint of Lia Fail along with the smoked haddock over mashed lunch special. Both were delicious. Returned a few days later for the steak and ale pie. Not quite as wonderful though the Lia Fail was still superb. Pleasant staff, pleasant patrons. Returning to Glasgow in spring and will be certain to return. aerodrome - 19 Sep 2016 22:53 |
