We have had a few Sunday Roasts at the Montgomery, so we thought we would try there for Valentines. a good move. the food was excellent, on time & hot to taste, the portions were good, & even had a good choice of guest beers, will be going back very soon. Finally decided to try the sunday roast out and wasnt disappointed at all, the place was very busy with diners and we were continually told how long our food would be and that fresh veg was being prepared for us and the dinners really didnt disappoint great portions, great quality and great value! A little gem with a great sunday dining experience! hhogan - 5 Sep 2011 10:33 |
Cracking little pub with some interesting memorabilia. A bit off the beaten track so takes a little searching to find it but someone is really trying to provide a great service to the local area, they look to have recently spruced the place up and have a beautiful looking menu with some great prices, will be visiting again to sample the food review will follow! hhogan - 9 Aug 2011 11:56 |
Kitchen is now open and the food is top quality, for the price you pay the portion is outstanding and tastes lovely, i would recommend this pub to anywhere weather it be for food or drink. Very friendly staff and regulars. 10 out of 10 joanne235 - 2 Aug 2011 16:53 |
