Bert's closed down around August 2008. It has now reinvented itself as the Stockbridge Tap which has been suggested as a new pub on BITE. Millay - 17 May 2009 19:57 |
Very ggod pies, very good service and the Cally 80 was as good as it gets! Alfnoax - 13 Jun 2008 10:10 |
Been done up and lost its charm imho. Menu expanded beyond the pies, so it's now a run of the mill pub not worth travelling to but good for a nice pint if you are passing. Beer still seems to be treated well. Boongie - 17 May 2008 19:45 |
'Best pies in town' - prove it! An ok bar, but there are a few men in there who spend a bit too long trying to catch your eye! Coldie - 5 Sep 2007 13:14 |
Typical Edinburgh pub. It has not much changed since I first went there ( when it still was the "Raeburn Arms" !). Good place for a pint. anonymous - 25 Aug 2006 11:23 |
