The Timothy Taylor Landlord here is £3 a pint and drawn direct from the keg. Quality wines and spirits too. Live music all weekend. All the football and other sports. Despite the one modest room being better suited to an estate agent's shop, this place does actually work! Luckydog - 17 Dec 2015 15:34 |
Had 1st drink here since change of ownership to "Morts". It's changed a lot and not for the better. There's now a distinctly wierd atmosphere ,not made better by the fact the creepy new owner stood over us the whole time and kept taking my stool away every time I went to the bog??? Won't be going back which is a shame as it was a blinding bar back in the day. M. MOLESEYMIKES - 28 Mar 2013 23:17 |
The new owner is kind of creepy, and the bar has a really uncomfortable vibe now. Shame, it used to be a great little place years back as Blase! Not recommended! Zuki - 27 Mar 2013 16:03 |

I hope it has new management with the new name as one night during after hours drinking, despite asking if it was alright for me to stay, I was suddenly abrubly shown the door. anonymous - 10 Aug 2007 21:06 |
