| I went in this weekend ( January 31st) and what a transformation. Excellent service, AMAZING Food ( its the chef that was at the waterfont) and a good atmosphere. Im glad to see the bar is back to its hey day of selling good drinks, fresh homecooked food and a barmaid with a smile on her face. | This was possibly one of the most unwelcoming pubs I have ever had the misfortune to visit. Granted it was a Monday night, but it was populated by drunks and the surliest barmaid I have ever come across-consider a career change, something where you do not have to deal with the public!
