| I applied for a job here years ago (about 1993) and when I was on the phone I ran out of change and the BT phone cut me off. So I called back after I found some change, about 25 seconds later, and Arlene was very rude to me indeed. Hung up on me, she did. More than 10 years later, I live overseas and still havent forgotten how unpleasant she was. I was quite taken aback. You tend to be when people are just nasty to you and youre trying your best. Needless to say, I didnt get the job. It looks llike one of a million similar dumps that seem to be forever empty or populated with the same few people and not too welcoming at that.
