Now it's Parlour, 5 real ales on tap including TT Landlord. Scottie_chorlton - 14 Feb 2011 11:47 |
Marmelade now no longer exists either. Place empty. Credit crunch struck. brucerob - 5 Jun 2009 16:28 |

this bar is expensive and pretentious. it saddens me that these sorts of places are allowed to prosper in chorlton. i suppose as the wealthy fashionable crowd move in and take over, they become more commonplace. ah well. Jazzmole - 19 Aug 2006 14:53 |
A dangerous place. With table service and operating a tab for every table in the place, it's far too easy to drink an awful lot without realising it in The Nose; and this, given that the drinks aren't exactly what you might call cheap, isn't necessarily a good thing. However, there's a decent selection of continental beers and very good wines, and there's some good (and reasonably priced, compared to the beer) food, too. The atmosphere is relaxed but busy, and it's often completely packed out at the weekend. Chris - 4 Nov 2004 00:25 |
