Friendly family-run pub in a nice rural location next to a narrow viaduct. Hardy & Hansons Kimberly Bitter was on, with Greene King Abbot Ale being pulled through. There was one further spare handpull. There are some nice outdoor tables next to a brook. blue_scrumpy - 4 May 2011 19:09 |
has started introducing one or two other cask ales to see how they go, including some greene king brews. reynard - 24 Jul 2007 17:44 |
Traditional quiet out-of-the-way village pub. Food available. Outside seating, by brook. Play area Cask ales : Hardy Hansen bitter, Olde Trip. Always well kept. Also some Greene King ales have been introduced as a rotating guest beer. Abbot, IPA, Ruddles, etc. reynard - 27 Nov 2006 15:30 |
Friendly Staff and extremely good beer. The Olde Trip is a really nice pint as is the guest ale which seems to change monthly. They have just restarted Sunday Lunches again corsa100 - 26 Nov 2006 09:36 |
