Extremely touristy. Full of americans I'm afraid. anonymous - 23 Jan 2006 09:11 |
I have just returned from a three night stay at this hotel. It is beautiful. The food is fantastic and the drinks are very reasonably priced. However the bar staff are very rude and this does let the bar down. Many guests were complaining and some people left. What a shame! Mrs Gorst-Smith - 11 Jun 2004 11:47 |
This is definitely one of the most accessible and enjoyable places to go for a beer and a bite in Prague. They have a Dixieland jazz band on at weekend as well who are really cool. Great place to start out when you visit Prague for the first place but seasoned travellers will find it a little "safe" and touristy. Gareth Irvine - 5 May 2004 06:21 |
Further to my last comment, the terrace is open all year round. If it's cold they put the heaters on and the temporary roof up... Oh and the food in the restaurant itself is absolutely first class. Lovely. Briony - 10 Apr 2003 14:20 |
In the nice weather there is a lovely terrace in this hotel from which you get a gorgeous view of the Old Town and beyond. There is a cocktail list that goes on forever! So far I'm only up to number 36... Briony - 6 Dec 2002 16:46 |
