Quite a nice place, plenty of room and very friendly and helpful staff. There's a big garden at the back for good weather. Doombar, Pride and a guest ale on. Doombar was fine, as usual. Food was a bit slow but I think we overwhelmed them a bit with 21 people to serve and not really enough staff. It was worth waiting for though, good quality and reasonably priced. alan_From_SAWW - 26 Oct 2013 18:25 |

Unexceptional. Not awful by any means but not really worth a trip. Two or three cask beers - which are ok but unadventurous (London Pride and Greene King IPA were available last time I was in there). Food is a tad overpriced for what it is (despite some rather fancy names...). Not especially congenial. oldloafer - 21 Mar 2012 15:25 |

i think the place needs to understand what it wants to be...a pub that does pub grub, or a gastro type pub. it is very confused at the moment. staff were not the friendliest. beer o.k neil10 - 20 Oct 2010 11:58 |
