| The food here was excellent on our Saturday evening visit. The pub is located in a quaint village opposite a thatched cottage. The cottage must be a great place to live, with such a nice pub just across the road. Sharps Special and Doom Bar were the only two real ales available. Addlestones was the cider. | Recently refurbished. It's light, bright and with friendly staff. Great pint of Reverend James bitter and also Addlestones cider (a half only I'm afraid, as i was driving.) Shall definitely return to sample their food. Alehouse - 1 Jun 2007 18:57 |
