the pub has several split areas for eating with a larger dining area and several smaller areas however it has a rather small bar for the size of the place. this pub is very much a food pub first beer after they have a good range of beers on for the beer drinkers around. we stopped for a meal and as always was served with a smile and very fast the food was of brilliant quality and a good amount for both of us i got to nick a few chips off the mrs ha ha. its abit pricey however the qualitys good which counts more to me. it has a large carpark to the side enough to fit around 40 cars and is set in a quiet area so you don't get young idiots around, the smoking area is set well away from the pub which is a brilliant idea. thumbs up for this pub happyifyouare - 10 Jan 2011 14:14 |
Wonderful pub! Always some good real ales on and the food is EXCELLENT! Must have been a dozen times and would definitely recommend. wooly2708 - 5 Aug 2010 00:12 |

I've often called in just for a drink and I've never had a bad pint. I've always found the staff friendly and pretty quick. If you don't like this place I don't know what you'd make of something really crap like the... (no names, no packdrill) TheGuiltyOne - 22 Sep 2009 17:08 |
