| Just went back for a meal and a drink and to check out the 'new' George IV Massive improvement, excellent refurb - the place looks great! More restaurant space and bigger better menu. | Odd pub indeed. Funny landlady, camp bar manager both could get a job in Royston Vasey! Bizarre clientele, loud bald man who shouts a lot, his lurch-a-like- sidekick, two younger lads sit at the end of the bar taking the proverbial out of all and sundry, desperate housewives clique who moan continually about anything and some older pleasant chaps who enjoy their ale!
