A standard local pub. One bar pub with a few nooks and crannies off it. A St Austell house with their usual range of beers, my pint of Tribute was in good condition. The only downside on my visit was the young chap behind the bar could do with a 'customer service' course, no please, thank you or kiss my a*rse. | Although the beer and food was OK, I found the landlady to be very rude. I sat at the only unreserved table early one evening. Part of the way through my meal, the landlady came over and put a "reserved" sign on the table and told me the table was reserved for others. I said is wasn't reserved when I sat there and she said "well it is now" and walked off. Needless to say, I shall not be returning again. paulhrh123 - 25 Jun 2010 18:36 |
