| Spent an evening or two here in June 2007, very relaxing and very nice village pub, nice walk from the Walston Castle. Food is very good (good selection and better than at the Walston) value for money, not a bad choice of beers just a shame that they do not have 1664 on tap there, not too fond of Stella myself. Nice and clean, especially as there is 'NO SMOKING' allowed inside. John the barman, very helpfull and welcoming. The locals are friendly too!!
