Only remember it as it was before the refurb. Pretty boring genenric place for a pint just a big room with a bar. 5/10 montie49 - 11 Aug 2011 19:08 |

Now transformed with a decent refit and a new name 'The Brass Monkey'. It's got a great new feel to it and you now realise your in a pub! Good priced drinks, large selection of real ales and friendly staff...decent place for a few drinks!! MikeClarke - 20 Jul 2010 14:07 |
Well it's a lot better these days. Still a bit like a Bus Station waiting room, but there's usually a good crowd in, so that gives atmosphere. Couple of real ales (Cask Marque) and the prices are cheap Sun-Thu. MikeClarke - 2 May 2007 12:44 |
Sterile to say the least, people waiting for the north bound buses gather outside the large glass frontage that gives little of it's interior away. Too pricey for what it is but then Plymouth is getting like that. Preferable to Yates 20 metres down the road but you might as well hop over to The Treasury or Kitty's if you are in the area. Good forL Food maybe? A sly one before the bus? thenationofjames - 25 Aug 2004 17:05 |
