| Having passed by too many times whilst on the way to the airport, I decided to put some time aside and pay a visit to what turned out to be be one of the best unspoiled, proper pubs in the area. There was a warm welcome from the landlord and locals, four great real ales, and the traditional decor made for a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, and BTW it's a free house.
