| Sadly, this has had planning permission for four flats granted and is now up for auction. What is worse, Hall and Woodhouse have slapped a covenant on it to stop it being reopened as a pub, but it is likely that this would not be upheld in court, as the conditions for lagally imposing such a covenant do not apply.
