This place no longer exists as a pub. It re-opened in March as a restaurant called the Pepper Pot (owned & run, I think, by the same team as the Black Horse, Nibley and the Bell, Frampton). There is still a separate bar area, if you don't want to eat. Modern, contemporary decor; imaginative, home-cooked food; reasonable prices; 'trendy' menu and very generous portions. Well worth a visit, although a bit quiet so far because they haven't advertised it yet... Same phone number as above. anonymous - 10 Apr 2007 15:50 |
This pub has changed hands recently and by local rumour is changing again. In my experience, it is not as good as it was a year ago. davidashbee - 22 Jul 2005 19:48 |
