Friendly old school pub with well kept Bushy's beers on offer. Can see why it's in The Good Beer guide. Caskales - 22 Oct 2019 14:23 |
The Bridge has 3 real ales. On this visit, they had Bushys Manx Bitter & Humbug & Ruddles Best. But they are also one of the few spots on the island where you can get a real cider. Rosie's Pig was available from a box behind the bar. Locals were all congregated in the public bar, where there is limited seating. But they appeared a friendly bunch. I preferred the Shore Hotel though. blue_scrumpy - 6 Dec 2016 20:49 |
On a very recent visit 2 pumps on with Bushy's mild and bitter. Both in good shape. The guest,a Moorhouses beer was finished. I liked this pub and felt very comfortable. oldandmild - 27 Sep 2012 04:47 |
