| Nice livley atmosphere, busy town centre pub. Good to see that the licensee of this place hasn't done the typical Ikea furniture nonsense, it looks like a pub and feels like one. Good service, friendly chatty barmaid. Lots of drinks to choose from. | Recently refurbished, now you really cannot move because they have filled it with dull furniture. Were selling poor wine cheaply, now selling poor wine expensively. Toilets needed refurbishing and they haven't been. Notional table service is in effect I believe. anonymous - 3 Feb 2007 13:01 |
