| this pub is reputed to be haunted by an ex landlord called Billy Harley. we are going to do a "most haunted" visit to this location to uncover any mystery on saturday 16th September for St John Ambulance. With the aid of a paranormal crew from the Isle Of Wight, called WIGHTGOST. If you are interested in this, there will be a DVD available for purchase soon after it has been released. | I visited this pub years ago as my Grandparents and uncles and aunt lived in the corner house opposite. As I am the last of my immediate generation, I am trying to find out the names of my Beardmore Grandparents. As I live on a rock in the middle of the Pacific, it is a little hard to visit myself.
