| No real ale. John Smiths (extra cold - bloody freezing) bitter, Boddingtons keg, Carlsberg, Fosters, Kronenberg, San Miguel, draught (hand pumped) Scrumpy, Strongbow, Guinness. Selection of wines, spirits and bottled stuff. Cheap food - 2 for 1 etc which appears ok. Loads of TV's for the footie (can't avoid them) and many matches shown live. Juke box. | They must have read this...they have brought back live music on a sat night...great move.This is a very open plan layout of a pub,so if theres a good/bad vibe it spreads quickly.Saturday night is a popular night with the live music and can get a bit conjested,not a pub you'd take your granny to.I like this boozer although there needs to be a stricter code of conduct to stop idiots misbehaving.Decent menu,great service . happywanderer - 17 Feb 2008 13:23 |
