Been a member of this site for 9 years. It is now, sadly , a joke. No moderation. No admin. No anything. Other pub sites must be having a right old laugh. Tuna - 2 Jun 2013 14:58 |

Hadn't been in the pub for a number of years but was pleasantly surprise dwhen I popped in a few weeks ago. The barmaid was very friendly and it had a good atmosphere. Nice to see they have kept two dart boards and I had a good game of pool with some other drinkers. It appears that they have alot of pool players. All in all a nice experience and I have been back a number of times since. It did have a bad name about 3-4 years ago but it looks like that has now gone and alot of the people have changed for the better. Would recommend a good pub for a nice beer if you live pretty local. Usual jack the lad people drink in there from the usual alcoholics to the woman that sit at home and live off the state, drinks very expencive which makes you wonder were all the lay abouts that drink in there get there money from!!! my advice is avoid!!!! bigjob - 16 Sep 2010 15:12 |
