Came here a couple of times at the turn of the century for Eastbourne v Horsham bar... Gastropub with a decent upmarket menu which delivers haute cuisine at an acceptable... Went here for an evening meal - but we were disappointed with the food selection, and... Seven of us (including 2 walkers with well cleaned boots although muddy waterproofs)...	Rating: 6.4/10

Great pint but marked down because if you have a sign saying food till 3pm don't tell... Went here with 8 friends recently one Wednesday lunch time. Pub smells a bit damp as... wow ... we went down here for the recent beer festival ... wow again , no charge to... This pub has now been taken over is is warmer, has happy staff and BEEEEEEER Hooray...	Rating: 6.7/10
