The food is shockingly bad. Used to be famed for the quality of its bitter in the 80's. Shame it's gone so downhill.

Easily the worst chain pub in Derby that is not a Toby or Carvery-type pub.
Bass is nasty despite the hand pumps being quite smart looking.
When we visited it was fairly busy, but nearly all of the customers including me had to send foo back as it was over or under cooked. ow can you screw up chips, jacket potatoes and sandwiches?
One to miss

Average pub, but used to have a great Tuesday quiz compered by the Mancunian chef who got everybody involved and made it fun for all. However, its now stumbled through by a little lad who can't really read the questions and as the personality of a cold chip, we stopped going for this reason and went back a few weeks ago to see how things were and the place was empty, very sad considering how it used to be less than 6 months ago.

Another M&B pub this time a Sizzler on Derby City Councils Hall of SHAME for its VERY POOR PERFORMANCE and more to the point, its GENERAL FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH FOOD SAFETY LEGISLATION.

Nothing special, food is cheap and fairly ediable, drinks limited to the usually selection (stella, bud). Used to live opposite this place and i prefered to walk into town for a beer!
