Very attractive Spoons (Railway) with superb modern design, and a range of custom that reflects this lovely, slightly upmarket town. House beer was very good.

Now the Railway Hotel, a Wetherspoons... and a very good JDW at that. Friendly and efficient staff, decent ale choice, good standard Spoons food menu and an outside seating area at the front. Worth a visit.

A well kept cask ale was on and friendly bar staff.
Tried their carvery on Friday evening... excellent value for money at �3.50!

They need to fix the bench outside. Has gone downhill since they got rid of the live bands
