The Jubilee is located in a Norwich backstreet. It is a corner pub close to the railway station, but a bit of a hike uphill. Given its location, I was surprised to see it really busy on Saturday evening. But, it's clearly got a good local reputation. There are a number of rooms and an outdoor area too. Ales were Woodforde's Wherry & Reed Lighter, Northern Powerhouse Porter, Manning Gingerbread Man & Music Man, Framework Fox Paw, Hopback Summer Lightning & Beartown Bluebeary. Ciders were Snail's Bank Mango Cider & Rhubarb Cider & Abrahall's Slack Alice & Thundering Molly. The Porter was nice. So many decent pubs in this city and the Jubilee is one of them.

superb, close to station & Carrow Road, but far enough away to escape the worst of the travelling hordes. Good range & quality Ales. My son loved the fact that I could get him some Scampi & chips from down the road & the pub would supply plate. cutlery & condiments. Will definitely be back when Fulham are next in town

Largish pub with shady beer garden about ten minutes walk from Norwich Station. Popular with football fans, but mainly a locals pub. About half a dozen beers on, mainly from local microbreweries. Takes pride in not serving food, but as it is always busy does not need to.

Awesome pub. Good range of Norfolk beers, with beer gift packs and t-shirts available. Does snacks. Mainly a locals pub, and a damn good one. If you only visit one pub in Norwich, try this one.

A suberb, friendly local with 8 cask ales available including some very well kept Woodforde's ales. They don't serve food, but let customers bring in take-aways and even provide plates and cutlery. Just how a local should be, highly recommended!

Nice, proper little pub. Bit of a "locals" feel and wasn't the most welcoming of places, wouldn't stop me coming back here though.

Nice corner pub with a good selection of ales. It was nice sitting in the conservatory over looking the garden.

Great local pub that offers a range of ales, Woodfordes, London Pride are regulars plus other offerings. Match day food is cheap and cheeful but these is a chippy over the road.

A good example of a back street city pub that still is as a pub should be, freindly, tidy and ales worth the journey to find this one. Several Woodfordes including tasty Once Bittern which is not too common even in these parts, plenty of handled glasses for those ales too - result!

Excellent pub. Good range of ales.
Lovely garden. Perfect for a summer's evening.

Has been a great backstreet pub just up from the station for years, good selection of ales, unlike the Coach and Horses it wasn't wedged on a football day, warm and friendly, well worth a visit, especially now that the much missed Rosary Tavern has closed.

Lovely backstreet boozer with a good selection of ales and a 4pint jug discount - always popular when you're in a biggish round!
|
Good beer and nice atmosphere, useful patio garden.
|
Good selection of beers but the big sports screen dwarfs the tiny front bar. Not the most salubrious of pubs.

The Jubilee is a gem of a pub in the Thorpe Hamlet. Friendly staff and clientele, excellent beers. Football shown, but also large conservatory area for quieter types and large pool room - 2 tables - upstairs monitored by CCTV. definitely worth a visit.
