No decent beers. Walked on.

They have now added Hoegaarden and Fruli (strawberry) beer here on draught.
|
Cheap and cheerful good mid week hang out.
|
They can't even keep lager well here so maybe it's for the best that they don't do real ale! Avoid.

Real ales? Student pub, might be being a bit general and stereotypical in this statement but maybe there's a reason for this. Yes it's a shame that the real ale culture is in decline, but the industry has realised that the continental larger range is growing with the youth and core customer base of such pubs like the Warehouse and maybe unfortunatly real ale is suffering for this

Not overly priced? Where do you normally drink? No real ales.

This is a Scream pub people! If you are a student get yourself a Yellow Card & start saving! If you're not stop moaning, the beer's not overly priced. I've had nothing but good times in this venue for the last 5 years or so (& for 3 years before that when it was a Firkin, anyone else remember daning on the sticky stage?) A cracking pub that doesn't take it's self to seriously, unlike some of the other venues in the area. Saw Mr Shiraz there the other night, fantastic band, cracking night. More bands on the way, so I've been told.

The warehouse well... it could do with a lick of paint or somthing just to brighten things up abit and also have more stuff going on at weekends not just in the week. The musics o.k but i wish they wouldent repeat it over and over again!all i can say is good is its a good place for socailising and the food is ok. why dont they just see what people are saying?
|
i think the warehouse is a good place for socailising, it has cool music and its good in the week when they have somthing going on (kareoke, quiz night etc)and the bar staff are freindly!!!!

A great bar, cool music and a great range of lagers, I'm always made welcome by Marcus, Dicky and crew no matter how drunk I am!
All the best Chris Baird

I get dragged in here now and then by friends, and hate shitty ran down bar, the management obviously gave up on it years ago. A shame really because with a little effort it could be great!

Always get dragged in here when I go back to Udders simply because its cheap to get in, because of this it can get very busy, the music is rubbish and the atmosphere is like a teenage disco. Never liked it here but I just go as its one of the only places my mates will go to. The foods alright, thats about it

The Wharehouse, hmmmm, personaly I feel this place would make the best place in Hudds to have a live venue, but that would obviously mean far too much work. Instead they rely on getting all the people who are either too pissed or too obnoxious to get into ant other pub in Huddersfield. What does it mean? It means that if you get in (and haven't been charged a quid by the doorman who wants to go for summat to eat after), and can get to the bar without getting into a fight, then you'll have to wait 10 minutes before anyone looks at you, then the bloke that just came in will get served before ya 'cos he knows the bloke/bird behind the bar, and when you finnaly do get served you'll be told that youy have to pay 50p more than everyone else 'cos you don't have the special magical card like the others do. Dont get me wrong I still go there, but only occasionaly, they do a good night on Tuesday, but to be honest this pub would be so muck better if it became a live venue, 'cos it's perfect for it. and thats my two penneth.
