This is a sizzling steak pub . The food is good and hot - service is excellent - It has some cask ales but they arent the best - Stella and Guiness are very moreish - Have a selection of discos and local bands on at the weekends - A good place to hang out

Now part of the "Sizzling" pub chain. Very large pub with a good sized beer patio out the front to enjoy the very competitively priced drinks, 6/10

A large pub on Erdington/Wylde Green border. Apparently used to be quite a 'rough' pub, but it appears to have cleaned up its act nowadays, although it is very bland inside.
Last night there was a decent number of people in for a midweek.
They did have Banks and M &B Mild on tap though.

Must say... a much better selection of Cask Ale last night so credit where credit is due. Old Speckled Hen, Bombadier (although it had just run out!) and Banks's Bitter.... Fair play!

A very bland plastic managed pub that doesnt even have the class of a JDW or an Ember Inn. Last night the Cask Ale selection was pitiful. It appears from the pumps they have Bankss Bitter, Green King IPA and Pedigree. Hardly an inspiring selection. Last night only a very mediocre pint of Bankss was available (an occasional pipe clean would improve it!). Get a guest ale in! Also they stop serving coffee at 9pm. Whats that aboutif the Moca Choca Foca Fartte Latte machine has to be switched off at 9 get a kettle! Some people like a warm drink on a cold January night. Overall not very impressed!

used to be a great night out in the lounge good bands and discos now its been refurbished full of the type of people used take on a good night out is getting pissed and fighting

Lively some nights - dead others. Moody atmosphere on disco nights due to convergence of little 'gangs' from around north Birmingham, all eyeing each other up.
