We were about to walk in when the doormen stopped us, asked us to go behind the 2 foot roped-off section beside the door (..which we did) then they let us straight in - there was no-one else around at that time. What was the point of that??
Good music if you like funky house, no queuing at the bar but yes, grotty, hot, way too small toilets.
This is the sort of place girls get dressed up as if they're going to the hottest celeb club in the middle of summer. ....it's only Watford!! Made us laugh,
good to people watch!

went in over the weekend. The deco's tatty and the toilets very tatty. Music ok but lots and lots of rude boys!!

I enjoy going to this bar as it's a nice alternative to Destiny or Area at the end of the night when you're not quite ready to go home yet... plus plays a nice mix of r'n'b and club downstairs and I think 80s and more poppy hits upstairs? Doesn't take an age to get served, and the drinks aren't painfully overpriced.
BUT girls, definitely pee in whatever pub you go in beforehand... like the other ratings have said, the toilets are genuinely SHOCKING. So not the ideal pub for when you've had a skinful and are visiting the ladies every 20 mins or so...

As this pub has only been open a few months, i think its disgusting how dirty the toilets are. I go to Watford on a regular basis to have a few drinks and have a laugh. But when i went last night it made me feel sick at how disgusting the toilets were, the one i happened to go into didn't have a toilet seat, no toilet paper and the door did not shut properly. outside where you are "meant to wash your hands" the taps weren't working, just came out as a drip which is very unhygienic. The floor must of been wet as i heard and saw girls slip over nearly hitting their heads on the floor. The toilet assistant didn't seem to notcie even though it was right in front of her.
the last few times ive been to Kandi Klub i have enjoyed my self but i wont be coming back for a long time as its disgusting and you need to get it sorted!!

This place is wicked, revolotion, kandi klub and counting house are now the only decent places to go without having screaming little girls running round, one thing tho for kandi klub sort out the toilets they're gross

This was truly one of the most awful clubs I have ever been in. Music = shite Atmosphere = Shite Bar Staff = Reasonable Bouncers = Rude as per usual
Generally too small for such big crowds. Not worth paying the entry fee

Truly woeful.
When this opened there was hope there'd be something different to the other god-awful places on the Parade. How wrong I was.

Kandi Klub now, it is quite good. I like the music, upstairs is much smaller but at least you have a bit of room there. Depends what night you go, Monday's are advertised as �1 drinks, so the place is just packed and not worth the bother, but other nights aren't as bad, obviously weekend is diff.

New Bar now called the Kandi Klub, was busy when i went in there and at last you can by a proper drink without being charged the earth like Aura was. You can now actually get a pint and a single rather than stupid bloody cocktails and doubles only !!!
Music excellant enjoyed it and will be back, although make sure your dressed to impress, the doorstaff won't let you in if you look a bag of sh*t.

Appears to have rebranded itself to "New Years Eve Tickets Now On Sale". That's a cracking name I reckon. That'll have the Saatchi brothers tossing and turning.

Nice bit of flange in here although all the staff are c**ts and the drink is overpriced.
More tossers than a boules game on a Saturday night though.

This place used to be good when it first open but has turned to a hang out for wanna be's with media mullets. Everyone loves themselves in this place. The actual bar is nice but the clientele leaves a lot to be desired.

This place seems expensive, its not at all coz the likleyhood is that you have about 5 shots in ur drink!! The staff are really cool and all the girls workin there are so georgous and not up there own bums! Nice place to just chill!

The last time I went in here some guy started on me. When I pointed him out to the doorstaff they told me that I had to leave as he was a regular and spent a lot of money in the venue - so lots of quality people in here and great door policy - spend loads of money and you can do what you wanna do.

Simply the best venue in Watford. Great vibes, cracking cocktails and a clientele to make you feel great to be a professional and stylish party animal.

You don't have to pay to get in here - not sure where Adam got that from. This is a really nice bar - fab cocktails and the staff never complain - not even when I've had them making 7 moijtos in one round! Your talking about �6 for a drink but they're doubles and are well tasty. And lets face it if spending a couple more quid gets you away from the Starched shirt and short skirt brigade its well worth it!
Anyways you can get a bottle of vino for �12 so its not all bad!

Very funky bar.
Only serves doubles hence the price tags
Bit too small and gets very crowded at the weekend. Really nice bar to go on week night for chilled out drink or date.

aura is a fantastic bar, nice and low key but with great music and the best cocktails in watford by far. Ever so slightly pricey but not when you consider the quality of the alcohol your getting, no snirnoff or aftershock in sight. Anyone who says you need loads of money is lying just grap a zombie or a mojito and chill out. Not about what labels you wear just how you present yourself! love it
